The era was long and depressing for all black and colored people. They had close to nothing jobs and no luxury. To have money meant that they were working more than 4 jobs. Not having the rights they were guaranteed made it even harder because they were living in shack instead of an apartment. If they were living in that than someone was help them pay for the rent.

The most interesting one to me was the Women's right movement. This has been interesting to me, because someone had a mind of determination to have women have equal rights as men. If that didn't happen, I know that right now I wouldn't have same rights as men.

Learning about the Little Rock Nine has been exciting. I have enjoyed it because they had protection for walking into the school. It was messed up how they harass them. I also enjoyed Ernest Green because he was the only one to graduate from Little Rock Central. He was the only colored student to graduate.

The most interesting even that happened in the Civil Rights Era was the Little Rock 9. I think that event was most interesting because they suffered in that school and they was tormented and bullied just because they knew years to come that kids will have to face the challenges that they face, but because of them we don't. I have enjoyed learning about little rock 9 because they were fun to learn about and they made a difference in our lives. Thanks Little rock 9.

Learning about little rock 9 has been the most appealing. I found it amusing because it connects to Jena 6. Black students both attended white schools and the white children thought the colored kids did not belong there. Even thought they weren’t treated the best they stayed there until there goals were met.

The event that was most interesting to me was the Little Rock Nine. It was interesting because it was good to see white people being forced to help the nine black students getting help in and out of school.

The most interesting one that I have learned about was "The Little Rock Nine". I choose them because they were the first African American high school students to attend an all white school. Even though they had problems they still fought for their lives.

The Jena Six was a messed up way to show the world that there is still racism going on today. Hanging up nooses and treating black students in the way they will not wanna be treated is not the right thing to do. Now black people in Jena Louisiana are going to look at white people in a scary manner. Tempers are flaring down there is Jena. The bad thing about all of this is that, the city of Jena thought just because they cut down the tree. The tree they hung the noose up on that we will change there mind about this whole thing no matter what happen people are going to still look at them in a upset manner.

The most interesting event was the Little Rock 9 because they were kids like us who were smart and wanted something big in life. Also because they changed segregation in schools forever. Another reason is because they stayed strong through everything that was done wrong to them. They didn't back down when things got hard and now we can go to school with all different races.

The most interesting person that i chose is Plessy V. Ferguson because he showed us all instead of sitting where people tell you to sit. Sit where you what too.

I feel that the Jena six has had the most impact on me. it has had the most impact on me because I feel that the young men that were involved had the opportunity to understand the racism in there community. Like other people i am also upset that for such a little crime they got such a harsh punishment.People of the community and i feel that they over did the consequence. They did comet a crime and they should have been punished for it but not in that manner.

One of the events that interest me was the Little Rock nine because it was a story that made me think that if it wasn't for the NAACP and for Ernest Green for graduating and showing the whites that we can do good and for fighting for his education and keeping his head up and for following what he had to do to be successful and he did.

The most interesting part of the Civil Rights Era was Brown vs. Board of Education. I thought this one was most interesting because it has gotten us the right to go to a integrated school.

The most interesting person that I chose was Plessy v. Ferguson. I chose this one because it showed anyone can make their own choices.

The most important one to me was the brown vs. board of ED. if it was not for that case, in this world to day black people in the United State still will not have equal rights to whites.

The whole civil rights era to me was interesting.I like hearing about how we were treated badly and kick down but still come out strong. I think was most interesting was brown v. broad or education because if it wasn't for this court case then I would not be the class I am in right now.

Martin Luther King has been the most ineresting to me. I say that because he got so far. somebody who can take all that abuse verbal and physical without violence must be a strong person.

The most interesting aspect of the civil rights has been learning about the Little Rock Nine. The Little Rock Nine was the most interesting to me because black kids who were close to my age were treated so horribly just because they wanted to get a good education. White people treated them as if they were animals and not people. Which wasn't fair to the colored students. The Little Rock Nine were inspirational they went through a hard time and they didn't give up.

The most interesting person that i chose is brown v. board of ed. because now blacks and whites can go to the same schools and get the same education

Learning about the Little Rock Nine has been fascinating. I have enjoyed it because the way that the Little Rock Nine fought for their rights by just using non-violent resistance. Meaning not fighting back with violence because that would had only made the situation worse,And the colored would have been looked at as the bad ones.
