this quarter has been a failure for me. its been hard getting situated for the 8th grade and i didn't do my homework that much. i think that i could have done much better and because of my poor actions i wont walk at graduation because i failed classes.
I define my first quarter grade as success/failure. I usually do a good job on my grade, but I guess I haven't done my best! I am still glad that I didn't get an F, and that I am passing!
This year I have been improving because last year I didn't do any of my work or homework and I failed most classes this year im trying my best to past each class so i can graduate. I have been really good in Mr.Ebert's class but not so good in math,science,and literacy.
My first quarter was some success. I think so because I got grades that I think I should of gotten a higher grade on. Mr.Ebert's class was fun at times but also hard because we did a lot of writing and I think I'm good at writing but every time i turn in my paper Mr.Ebert says look it over or correct the changes. Other then that I think I passed this quarter and I am very happy with my grades.
This quarter was Some Success because, I got an B- in Humanities I think I could of did better on my tests and my summer work and also essay. The next quarter would be success and also, I could improve on a lot things in Humanities and I need to start making better choices the next time. I know I could do better:)
My first quarter was successful. I got an A- in Mr.Ebert's class.I got an A- because I worked hard to get the work done. Another reason I got an A- is because my writing piece were exquisite.
I know I am improving. I feel like I am doing good so far but I know I can push harder to doing better. A fact to prove that I'm doing better is that my effort as a grade is bumping up but yet I feel that i can do extremely better in your class.
I think that this quarter for me was somewhat a success.There where many things I did well in and at other times there where things I could have improved on. For example at times my writing and quizzes where really good but like i said before others weren't. That is why i think it would go in the section of "some success".
I think my first quarter was a failure not because i didn't do the work but because of my absents. Also i kinda didn't do all my home work or take all the testes. I was a little left behind because I was a new student. I'm kinda glad this happen because now i know for my 2 quarter i will do a successful job.
This quarter I had some success.I had some success because for the homework I slacked on and I did not complete enough.On the other hand I think I did very well on the writing. Even though i got the passing grades on my test they still were not good enough for my standards.
At the beginning of the first quarter I though I was going to feel because, I didn't do my summer homework. As the term went along I started to do better.I did most of my homework,classwork, I also change the way I act. I think that this term was a success. I am not worried about feeling, next time I need to do all of my work.
I am improving because I have not got in trouble as much as I did before. I have been doing my work and have not talked back as much. I am improving because I need to graduate and to graduate I need to improve.
To me my first quarter was Some success. I feel this way because I got a grade that could have been better, I would also consider my first quarter Success because although I obviously got below an A, I am still getting up to the point where I am improving my skills.
I think i gained some success because its my first time in a different higher level.I'm improving on writing letters,essay's and learning how to reach higher steps little by little.
I think i did a really good job on the first quarter. Why i think i did a good because i passed the classwork
but homework I'd been sleeping on. when comes to the test and participation are perfect. Next time
quarter i will be better.
This quarter I believe that I have had some success. I did good on some things and poorly on others. I have been passing my tests but my homework is not that great!
I think that I had some success because I got two bad grades on my test but got a good grade for the first term. I think that I need to improve because I think that I should be getting A's and not B-'s because a B- is basically a C.
I did a bad job, I started to realize what I came to school to do at the end of the quarter. This quarter no more off track, I am on the right track to success. I feel bad though because I just messed up the first quarter I am gonna get a A+ In all my classes This quarter. That's going to be my goal for this quarter
My 1st quarter had some success in it.I did a great job on the test's and also on my classwork.I had problems on my homework and also on my essay's I need to push my self to do better on this next quarter
I think that the first quarter was some success. It was some success because i tried my hardest to come to 8th grade and, I really hope that what I did helped me past.
i define my first quarter as success/failure, i chose succes and failure becuase i know i did really good but i know i could have done better, but i am proud that i passed and didn't get an f. so hurray for me....
This quarter I had a lot of success because I got an A-. It wasn't hard and it wasn't easy so I didn't have much difficulty passing. I think that this is one of the easiest semesters that I have had so far. I hope the second quarter will be something like this one.

I define my first quarter as a success in passing the first quarter in my classes. I know i failed my behavior and attitude.I've have some success in changing my grades to be better than the first quarter. I hope to improve everything as my grades, attitude,and my behavior. I feel this way because the way i acted most likely can affect my future as passing to high school.
I think that this quarter i believe i did fine, because i think that I didn't try my hardest, but did my work and it felt like I've been kinda of track but i hope that next quarter i can do better.
In the first quarter I success in my first proposal essay. I felt I success in this because I used powerful words and I knew more about the things I was doing. I felt I failed in the second essay because I didn't really know, and learned about it. I think I need more success in my use of information because I keep repeating in things I already said. I have room for improving in my grammar because i rush too much and need to slow down a little and not rush. Look over my work I did.
I would define my first quarter as success. I say this because I got good grades in all my classes and I'm proud of my grades in all my classes.I deserve my grades because I did all my homework and I did slack in some things but I feel that I did good and I got honor roll.
I think that in the first quarter there was some success but not enough. I think this quarter i will be trying my best to get a good grade. And passing the eighth grade so i can walk across the stage.
I feel that I have accomplished my goal and that was to get good grades. I have worked hard and gave 110% in everything I did. For example the persuasive proposals. I put thought into them and tried my best to receive an A. I've read many of books. Completed several book reports, and book comments. I know for a fact I have more comprehension. For the first quarter I had nothing but success. I'm proud of myself and I know my family would be too.
To me I did a successful job because I did a good job with the homework and I really thought that I got my grades up even higher. I also thought that i focused on my work a lot. So it really does not feel new to me at all.
this first quarter i would say i had my ups and downs. i did somethings this quarter i was very proud of but then there were those days that i would like to erase. During those days i was just slacking off and disrupting the class.
I think that I made some success because I didn't pass all of my classes like reading and math because I was playing around a lot, but this quarter I am going to do better then last quarter.
i think that i was slowing down a little this year. I'll say that i had some success/failure because i was slacking on my work. i think this isn't good for me, and this isn't really not me,so i would improve on my work.
